Diagnostic Fee (covers estimate & first hour labor on most services): $55.00 for Drop-Offs, $65.00 for Service Calls
General Labor Rate: $55.00/hr
Contractor Rate: $85.00/hr
Emergency Service Calls**: $95.00/hr
*The general hourly labor rate is the same for both on site and off site services. However, travel time from downtown Charlottesville must be billed at the hourly rate.
**Between the hours of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, Sundays, Holidays, and During Inclement Weather.
Billing Policy
We appreciate your business. Payment is normally due upon completion of a service. Some clients may need to be billed for a service (or to bill a third party) instead of paying immediately upon completion. However, this will require a valid backup credit card under all circumstances. Payment by check or cash must then be received within 15 days from date of invoice. For volume repair or scheduled maintenance plan inquiries, please inquire.
